Hi! I’m Claudia, the founder of InnateFive. As a Colombian immigrant and dedicated CliftonStrengths coach, I founded this company to use my passion for people and purpose to help leaders create vibrant and authentic workplaces where everyone can embrace their full potential.

Partnering with InnateFive can take many forms, ranging from tailored coaching sessions to unleash your talents and strengths, team-building workshops to foster deeper connection among members, and  organization-wide initiatives aimed at cultivating an inclusive culture .
