About Claudia, InnateFive Founder

Claudia is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Diversity & Inclusion specialist, and first-generation Colombian immigrant to the United States. Her passion for helping others develop their full potential has its origins in her own story, always pushing the boundaries of her comfort zone and striving for excellence. With over a decade of experience helping organizations grow thoughtfully and change sustainably, her unique skills and experience help her clients succeed.

Her Top 5 CliftonStrengths are Connectedness, Maximizer, Achiever, Learner, and Responsibility, all of which helped her forge a multi-industry career across the public, private, and non-profit sectors. A lifelong learner and lover of people, her vast international network and access to resources mean she’s able to find customized solutions that best meet the needs of her clients.

Claudia’s passion for inclusive cultures stems from owning her own unique strengths, is guided by her unceasing curiosity, and has roots in the belief that when people fully embrace who they are, there is nothing they can’t accomplish.

Claudia holds a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
